Covid - 19 Operating status

      Although we have furloughed staff we are still working with a reduced team , our booking line Is still open for new & current same day bookings.

Our network of couriers are available to collect & deliver your consignment on a same-day basis .

It was reported on the 24th March, UK logistics workers have been considered a ‘key worker’ within the COVID-19 government pandemic plan.

Those within logistics that will be keeping their transport modes open during the crisis include the following: air, water, road, rail passenger and freight transport.

COVID-19 Operational changes

The current situation is very new and we have made great efforts to continually communicate to all of our couriers, each time we make operational changes in response to the current Coronavirus situation.

We currently have a no contact policy, with all couriers instructed to take a photo of the parcel, instead of asking for a signature and where possible maintaining a 2 meter distance for both collection & delivery.

If you are making a booking with us, please specify any additional special instructions regarding no-contact for collection/delivery so we can inform our courier.

If a signature Is required, the recipient must be In agreement to sign the proof of delivery sheet.
